Following on from the last bog post on using an iOS (Apple) device with Ensemble, here’s a short video showing it in action.
The four buttons on screen are linked to colour changes of the ripple effect light in the background, plus a series of comedy sound effects. The movement of the iPad controls the pitch and velocity of the MIDI notes playing back.
With a little imagination, you can see how you can build up a sensory room theme, or musical performance, controlled with an iPad.
