The Ensemble software uses a series of licence levels to activate different features. One of the simplest reasons you can’t control any lights is that you don’t have the correct licence level.
If you purchased your DMX interface direct from us then you should have a new licence number.
- Go into Designer and select Tools>Licence.
- Enter your new licence number and click on OK.
- Close Designer and reboot your PC.
