The student who has been on placement with us this week has put together a list of effects on the Alesis MIDIverb. She’s given some ideas about how you can use the effects in stories or to set the scene.
You can control an effects unit over MIDI, allowing you to add special effects to sounds made into a microphone. The KidsOut Phyzzpod has this setup and the Ensemble Designer includes a block to allow you to control the effect added using a switch.
