Ensemble connects to lighting via a USB-to-DMX interface. DMX is an international standard for connecting lighting and special effects equipment. Almost anytime you see someone using a lighting desk to control lights, they will be controlling them via DMX.
This means that you can connect Ensemble to lighting equipment that you may already have in a school hall or performance space. There are also a huge number of DMX lights and effects available. Just let us know the make and model of your lights and we’ll create you a block to use in the Ensemble Designer software.
